Ok, I have to admit, I did a freekin' fabulous job at my DIY 15 month photo shoot. Even I am impressed!! I wanted to do some Valentine's Day pics, but the more fun we had & the more great stuff I kept getting, I decided we would just call this our 15 month shoot & forego a studio this month. Yes, we are almost 15 months old!! Crazy, right? I also want to get them outside in the snow for a few too, but that seems like a project for 2. Don't think I can fly solo on that one, so I will have to pick a day Jeff is home. I did a little editing just on the freebie version of Picnik online, (which I could use a lot of practice at) but I have GOT to buy myself some editing software. Suggestions all you photo pros??

Great job!! I've been wanting to get some good editing software and have been told that lightroom and photoshop are both really great. Both are pretty pricey though so I'm holding off....

ReplyDeleteI use PhotoShop Elements, I think its pretty decently priced at Costco. It's not the "full" version of PhotoShop and it's pretty user friendly with some online tutorials. I also pay for the full version of Picnik...and honestly it's so user-friendly and does all the same stuff I use PhotoShop for! Just some food for thought. One thing PhotoShop does that I love is that you can delete stuff out of pics (ex. the outlet on the blue wall) just to clean up some stuff! :)
